Here are some useful tips and questions you may have prior to starting your journey

- How to prepare for your appointment: Be sure to dress comfortably and eat before your session. Use sensitive toothpaste for 5-10 days prior to your appointment.

-Should I see my dentist prior to my appointment? A teeth cleaning within the last 12 months is recommended prior to teeth whitening/placing tooth gems.

- What to expect during your appointment: 60 minutes from start to finish. We hope our spa like message chairs, relaxing music, and scents will help you enjoy your experience. We will talk you through all treatment prior to starting your session.

- What to do after my appointment: Some mild sensitivity for the first 24 hours. Sensitive toothpaste is highly recommended. You may notice some white spots; these usually will go away within 30 minutes. We recommend avoiding teas, coffee, berries, tomato-based products, smoking/chewing for at least 24 hours.

- Who may be not be an Ideal candidate for whitening:

-Current and large tooth decay, untreated gum disease, heavy tartar along gum-line, crowns or fillings on front teeth- as these will not change, pregnant/breast feeding, currently in Orthodontic treatment (Braces), active Herpetic lesions (cold sores) or Aphthous ulcers (canker sores), clients using retinol creams due to activation of LED light (photosensitivity).

We are able to whiten clients who have epilepsy/pacemakers; however, more/longer sessions may be needed as we will not be able to use the LED light during treatment.

- How long do the results last? We recommend returning every 4-6 months. How long results last depends on dietary habits/oral hygiene habits/smoking.
